You also have the possibility to ask for updates on your training plan (in case you get injured, your training plan is too hard/easy, etc...)

You can now connect your Garmin account and send workouts directly to your Garmin device.
There is also an option to automatically send workouts from training plan to your Garmin device. This sends the workout the day just before.
